Individual Training: Monday - Friday

Hopeless? Not anymore! Individual training is loaded with helpful coaching tips from yours truly that will benefit any one of your fitness goals. You have the luxury of training up to 5 days a week. A combination of cardiovascular conditioning, circuit training, resistance training & strength training will ensure tip top results. Nutrition will also be reviewed upon your request. You will receive helpful recommendations from Melanie to keep you on track with your fitness goal(s).

Boot Camp with Greg and Mel: Mon, Wed, Fri, 6am and/or 6:45 pm

Your workouts will never be boring or dull again! Amp things up with a mixed training regimen 3 days a week that will make your head spin! Become the ultimate Fat Burning Machine.

Group Training: Call for Personalized Quote: Monday – Friday

Train up to five times a week with the best! Intense Circuit Training routines that prove to be fun and efficient. Group training is an effective way to bring out the competitor in you! Push hard and finish first!

Tabata Class: Five - Six Week Program

Intense Cardio Vascular, Strength techniques. Ultimate training results in as little as five weeks. Gain top aerobic and anaerobic conditioning along with new friendships attending this class.
