Objective

Improve Moods and Moral. Teach relaxation and resistance techniques. Increase strength and joint mobility.

In Layman’s terms - you are going to let lose during your lunch break and have time to re-gather your thoughts and focus on yourself for one hour!

You're going to have some ‘fun’ and get to know your co-workers better!

This will be a fun experience for all!

How To Do This?

Resistance Training, Core Stabilization, Correct Posture, Strengthening Exercises and Flexibility.

  1. All you need is an hour and the will to have some fun on the J.O.B
  2. Using bands, bodyweight and each other to relax and get stronger
  3. Bring your lunch
  4. Ask away when it comes to Exercise and Nutrition
  5. Focus on YOU!
  6. Laughter is a MUST

Odds And Ends To Take Care Of Prior To Lunch With Mel

  1. Sign up list of those planning to attend – You’ll need to get this to me 24 hrs in advance for proper preparation
  2. A conference room large enough to hold those attending – you’ll need to have enough room to stretch out without disturbing your neighbor
  3. A Packed Lunch
  4. Work out attire – nothing that you would be embarrassed to bend over in
  5. H2O & a towel
  6. Gym Shoes
  7. Approval from the Head Honcho!

Closing Thoughts

All in all this is meant to be a fun experience. I wanted to get more of you involved in fitness considering obesity is at an all time high and the economy isn’t necessarily a featured attraction at the moment.

Did you know that you can actually be excited about going to work? Working on flexibility, posture and strength help in adjusting your attitude! It’d be nice to not go home and have an aching back from being hunched over a computer all day!

Having the confidence to speak up in a staff meeting…..haven’t you ever dreamt of doing that before?

Score big on your next Evaluation! What does your posture say about your work ethic? Are you shoulders held back, chest out and chin up or vice versa?

Are you confident in your decisions or do you let others do the deciding for you?
